We experienced a performance issue starting Friday, Oct 16 2015 14:00 (UTC) where a subset of customers in south central region might have observed slowness while accessing their accounts. The issue has been resolved as of Friday, Oct 16 2015 15:42 (UTC) and the performance is back to normal. We are working with our partners to understand the root cause the issue.
