You can now start using Azure Data Lake services within ONE hour of signing up!!! When you sign up for Azure Data Lake Analytics and Azure Data Lake Store, you will be automatically approved within ONE hour. Previously it could have taken anywhere from 24 to 48 hours to get approved.
