Final Status: Engineers discovered a network issue and have mitigated the incident which was causing customers to be unable to sign-in to AX. We are working with our partner team on a root cause analysis and will provide a post incident report within 5 business days.

User Experience: Affected users were unable to sign in to AX.

Customer Impact: All customers hosted in Western Europe

Incident Start Time: Friday, September 9, 2016, 3:09 PM UTC

Incident End Time: Friday, September 9, 2016, 5:48 PM UTC
