Please join us in welcoming 862 new and renewing Microsoft Most Valuable Professionals–MVPs!
Over the past year, these exceptional community leaders have demonstrated their deep commitment to helping others make the most of their technology, voluntarily sharing their passion and real-world knowledge of Microsoft products. The MVP Award is Microsoft’s way of acknowledging and supporting their outstanding contributions to the community.
Whether it’s through blogs or books, speaking engagements or Microsoft Channel 9 videos, user groups or forum participation, MVPs help an average one million Microsoft customers every day.
MVPs are recognized each quarter in one or multiple award categories for this annual award. This quarter eight MVPs were recognized in two award categories, ranging from Cloud and Datacenter Management and Enterprise Mobility to Data Platform and Office Development.
Altogether, there are nearly 4,000 MVPs. They are nominated by Microsoft, other community members, or in some cases themselves. Candidates are rigorously evaluated for their technical expertise, community leadership, and voluntary community contributions for the previous year. They reflect Microsoft’s global community, today coming from more than 90 countries and speaking more than 40 different languages.
Congratulations to the new MVPs, and welcome back to renewed MVPs. We are very excited to recognize your amazing accomplishments!
And if you know (or are!) an awesome community leader, go here to make a nomination.
