Earlier in the day we saw a reoccurrence of the issue with Session Tokens on Visual Studio Online. Customers may not have been able to create new personal access tokens or view existing tokens. We immediately took steps and the issue has been mitigated.
Customers should no longer experience any issues with creation of Session Tokens on Visual Studio Online.
We understand that customers rely on VS Online as a critical service and apologize for any impact this incident caused.
